When should I order my dress?
We recommend at least 6 months prior to your wedding. This will avoid rush fees and give you a window to get any required alterations completed.
Do you do onsite alterations?
No, we don’t do alterations, but we can definitely point you in the direction of some of the best local seamstresses.
Do you charge appointment fees?
Yes, we have a $40 appointment fee which is redeemable on any gown purchase. We also offer a complimentary 30min follow up appointment so you can try on your favourite gowns a second time; we know you know how big of decision this is for our brides so we don’t want to rush you.Do you want to know more?
Can I take photos during my appointment?
Absolutely!! I’m fact, we encourage it. Photos and videos are great tools to help you decide if this is the perfect dress for your day..
Can I bring my family & friends to my appointment?
Definitely! Your bride tribe is SO important. We have room to comfortably seat 5 guests and we’ll happily spoil you all with champagne while we play the ultimate dress ups.
Do you cater for all sizes?
Of course! Our samples range in sizes from 8-18, but our girls are very crafty with helping you see any of our gowns on any shape body.
